Have You Changed Your Look As a Mom?
When I became a mom, I wasn’t as concerned about losing my baby weight as much as I NEEDED TO CUT MY HAIR!! My darling son grabbed and pulled so much that I couldn’t handle it anymore. I chopped my shoulder length locks to a short and easy to manage bob. Most days I wore a headband to pull it back to avoid grabby hands.
I missed my hair a lot but it wasn’t worth the pain and annoyance. It became my “mom-sacrifice.” I know other moms who cut off their nails. Some I know stopped getting their monthly facials due to, well, the pressurs of caring for an infant. Without a facial, they found new ways to take care of their face and skin. Changes made and noted.
Is there something you did because of your beautiful new little one? Have you changed your beauty routine?
